Hey, I’m Will Stewart. This is my story.

My personal fitness journey has been a struggle my entire life, but everything changed in 2017 when my doctor informed me that I was pre-diabetic, obese, and at a high risk for additional health problems due to my family history. I was overweight, out of shape, and struggling with knee and lower back pain constantly. I didn’t have the drive, motivation, and I continued to make excuses on why I could not get into shape. My blood pressure and cholesterol levels were extremely high for my age, and I needed to lose weight in order to be there for my family in the future. That was my motivation, but I felt discouraged after trying so many fad diet plans that I could not stick with. But through continued studying and my own trial and error, I developed a fantastic workout and nutritional plan that I used to lose 100 pounds of fat and build muscle at the same time. I was able to improve my health, increase my daily energy levels, and my self-esteem very fast.

Body sculpting and transformations has become my number one specialty and I want to help as many people as possible transform their bodies and their lives at the same time. I know the struggle of trying to lose weight and keep it off. My program is for men and women of all ages because it is easy to follow and fun to do. My workout plans are designed to save my clients time because I know how busy life can get with work, kids, and personal obligations. I have helped coach dozens of transformations and I’m looking forward to helping you as well.

About Us

Shed the Fat Fitness LLC was founded by its owner Will Stewart in 2019. Coach Will has worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years, starting as a certified personal trainer at a large commercial gym. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Physical Education and Recreation. Coach Will has always had a passion for physical fitness, spending countless hours studying and working on his craft in order to become the most diverse trainer as possible to help serve clients of all ages and fitness levels. In order to increase his knowledge of the fitness industry he also became a specialist and coach in the areas Fitness Nutrition, Bodybuilding, Transformations, and Corrective Exercise through the ISSA (International Sports Science Association).

In 2017 Coach Will began competing in Natural BodyBuilding competitions. In 2019 he was able to obtain his Pro card, becoming a professional natural bodybuilder, by winning 1st place in the Classic Physique division in a competition held in Richmond, VA.

Coach Will is a married father of 3 boys, his lovely wife Alena along with their children also share his passion for health and fitness; they play very important roles in the growth and development of STF Fitness each and every day.
